We meet at the China Clay Country Park on the B3274 at Carthew near St Austell. To get there you can either take the B3274 from St Austell or from the A30 near Bodmin (initially signed Roche). If coming via the A390 and up the A391 towards the Eden Project, you go straight ahead at 4 roundabouts then left at the next 2. There are brown signs to it so you will not get lost. Parking is free and loos are available. Our walkers get a reduced rate for entry to the truly excellent museum, nature and historic trail so make time to enjoy this superb facility in the afternoon.
